The bed provided really good comfort I slept soundly each night. The location is excellent I could easily walk to main attractions.
The minibar lacked a kettle I wanted to make tea in my room.

the location is undeniably superb i found the proximity to the main train station convenient it made my arrival and departure seamless plus it is a short walk to the city center the rooms are decorated recently with taste. staff friendliness was notable all requests were handled quickly and warmly breakfast was a highlight fresh food was plentiful and varied ensuring a good start each morning.

my beautiful double room offered quiet place i found the bed huge and comfortable and i also saw several pillows provided which allowed for restful sleep i like the bathroom equipped with high-pressure shower that was especially welcome after a long day.

The staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel offered a very clean room and i enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. the location was perfect. It was close to everything i wanted to see.
i did notice some minor wear on the furniture.

the breakfast included a very good selection of fresh pastries and fruits. i also noticed they had local cheeses available, which i thought was a nice touch. the food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel provides underground parking. This is very convenient. i also appreciated the elevator access directly to the room floors. the lobby was beautifully decorated and created a nice atmosphere.

the hotel is close to the train station and the cathedral. my room was a beautiful double room and it featured fabulous decor. the free mini bar was a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable!
this resulted in some noise early in the morning. it also made navigating the hotel a bit confusing.

the reception team looked QUITE friendly and helpful.
the pillow was a bit crap. the shower pressure SUCKED. It switched from super hot to FREEZING and there was this sewer smell.
